A NEW chapter begins: The release of SAVING GRACE: RISE ABOVE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

It’s official, my book is out in the world! Saving Grace: Rise Above Domestic Violence has been released online, and readers can now order their copy. This feels surreal to write. After years of carrying this story in my heart, it is now alive and breathing beyond me. Tomorrow, another dream comes true, the very first printed copy of my book will arrive in the post from Amazon. The thought of holding it in my hands for the first time brings tears to my eyes. I never got to hold my three babies in my arms. But tomorrow, I will hold the book that has been birthed from that place of love, grief, and hope. This book is my offering to them, and to every person searching for light in the midst of darkness. Saving Grace is more than words on a page. It is a testimony of faith, resilience, and the sacred voice that rises when silence is broken. My prayer is that it will bring courage, healing, and hope to those who need it most. ✨ Saving Grace: Rise Above Domestic Violence is now available...

From Silence to Strength: My Journey Out of Domestic Violence. There was a time I was trapped emotionally, spiritually, physically in a pit so dark I couldn’t see a way out.  But Jesus Christ, the Light of the world , reached into that darkness and pulled me out. It wasn’t instant. It was a process.  A painful, holy, transforming one.  But step by step, the chains began to break.  Shame loosened.  Lies fell off.  “The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners.” Isaiah 61:1 I was one of those prisoners.  But Jesus didn’t just set me free.  He made me free.    "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”  John 8:36 Now I live in the light. Even when shadows come, I know who I belong to. The enemy tried to keep me bound in confus...

It's time to speak

It’s Time to Speak Up For too long, silence was my survival. I kept quiet about the pain I endured behind closed doors. I told myself it wasn’t that bad. I minimised, I justified, and I disappeared inside myself—because that felt safer than speaking the truth. But silence became a prison. It’s time to speak up. Not just for me—but for anyone who’s ever felt afraid to use their voice. I speak for the woman curled up on the bathroom floor, wondering if she’s going crazy because the world doesn’t see what’s happening at home. I speak for the one dismissed by professionals, told it’s “just stress,” when deep down she knows her body is screaming from trauma. I speak for those who have survived family violence, medical gaslighting, childhood abuse and carry the weight of shame that was never theirs to begin with. This is not about blame. This is about breaking the silence that keeps cycles going. This is about healing through truth. Because when we speak up, we create space for oth...

'2020 The Great Awakening.'  I painted this butterfly December 2020 as a representation of waking up to the lies in my marriage.     ๐Ÿงก INTRODUCTION:  A Message from My Heart For years, I kept silent. About the pain. The shame. The confusion. The things that happened behind closed doors that made me question my worth, my sanity, and even my faith. But something inside me refused to die. Even in the darkest moments, a whisper of hope stirred. A voice — God’s voice — saying, “ You were not created for this.” This blog is my beginning. It’s where I share my truth, rise from silence, and offer a light to anyone still trapped in the shadows.     This is a mosaic I created May 2025 for my 3 babies.  In honouring their passing in my womb space: Violet, James & Christy.   I can breathe now ๐Ÿ’› 'Peace -Acoustic by Anna Golden'   So, you married a narcissist - now what?
